How do we sign up? |
|
Go to our registration page . Just fill out your name, address, and number of people you want signed up in sales and customer service. Once you send us your information, you will receive a free CD which has Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (IE 5.0) and MediaPlayer software that is needed to access the system.

What are the next steps once we have agreed to go on the system? |
|
Once your have signed up on-line, you simply need to give us your "technology contact" within the brokerage that will serve as the Foodservice University point person. We will coordinate with that person to ensure that your company is ready to use the system.

What will it take for my people to get into your site? |
|
All your people will need to do is to get on the Internet and type in our name. They will then be prompted to go to our "learning center" and put in their ID name and password. Once they do that they will go to YOUR customizable learning center containing only YOUR principals and customized modules.

What if my people aren’t all on the Internet? |
|
Chances are that at least half of your people (if the national surveys are correct) are already on the Internet. These people will simply need to make sure that they have all the current software necessary to run our system and they’re off to the races. For the people that aren’t on the Internet, we would encourage you to get them on.
The Internet is quickly becoming a necessary tool, like a car or telephone in today’s professional environment. Your people, who are not on, are missing the opportunity to access all the information that could be at their fingertips. In fact, many progressive brokerages are making access to the Internet a job requirement.
For those that either aren’t on yet or can’t get on, we would recommend that you set up at least one computer in your office where salespeople can sit down and access the Internet.

Who should take the tests? |
|
We recommend that all your broker sales associates sign up – both operator and headquarter staff. Any one who "carries a freezer bag" would be appropriate for the system.

How about my administrative staff, are they included? |
|
We envision the manufacturing community putting together instructional modules to help train your customer service personnel. While the current training being designed is for sales, your administrative people can certainly take advantage of the internal modules that you can customize yourself (internal procedures and employee manuals).

How can I look at the results? |
|
Because we have password that describe each person who comes into the site, we will be able to give you, the broker owner, the ability to get on the site and see the results of each one of the tests as they happen. You can give this authorization to anyone you deem appropriate. The passwords ensure that the SECURITY of the system only allows people who are authorized into the results as well as the tests themselves.
